My old car died on me and I had been relying on friends and family for rides for over a month. I really didn’t think I could afford a new (new to me) vehicle. Chris looked for something in my price range and went above and beyond with the results. Chris picked us up, went over EVERYTHING with us even offering to stay with us when the sale was complete to teach me how to link up my phone etc. At no time did I feel pressured to go beyond my set price range. We had called a few dealerships out of town because we saw ads for vehicles in our price range. All of them either jacked up the pricing or couldn’t be bothered to deal with us (I’m assuming they only wanted to sell new cars?) Chris changed my opinion of car sales! I love my new car and it’s so comforting to know that if I needed help with something to do with my car that they are only a phone call away.  From my first visit to Alberni Toyota, Chris Turner greeted me with genuine friendliness, respect and the desire to fit me with a car that would serve me well for many years. The first thing he asked me was my 'wish list'. No one had ever done that so with his time and help I ended up with a vehicle that met all my needs. About 2 weeks after buying my car I was suspicious of a 'noise'. Chris picked up my car in Qualicum Beach from my workplace, had it all checked out in Port   Alberni and it was back before I went home. Luckily it was nothing but I felt relieved that he was genuinely concerned even after the sale was made. I have sent friends and clients to Chris and I consider him my vehicle expert now and in the future. 

It has been a pleasant experience dealing with Chris in the purchase of my vehicle. He went out of his way to accommodate me in my specific circumstances. He was friendly and helpful. After the sale he continued to check how things are with my vehicle and even sent a card and little Christmas gift. We met Chris at your dealership last June while we were looking for a new vehicle. We found Chris to be congenial, considerate of our needs and knowledgeable about the product. Chris helped us pick out the vehicle that was right for us and guided us through the whole acquisition process.

This June my wife was showing some of her art work (she is a landscape artist working in oils)at a show in Edmonton. She had to be at an artist's reception on Wednesday evening. On her way to the show she stopped to visit in-laws in Calgary. Upon leaving for Edmontonon Wednesday morning she had a flat tire. She ran into difficulties with Road Side Assistance and with the dealership she went to to get a new tire. They advised her that she would have to wait one day for a new tire, Totally frustrated and stressed she decided to give Chris a call. She reached Chris, on his day off I might add and he called the dealership and spoke with them and within the hour my wife had a new tire on the car and was on her way thanks to Chris's intervention.

I'm old enough to remember what good customer service looked like and when it meant something. In this day and age we often don't see enough of that. My wife and I see plenty of that with Chris. He is an amazing young man and a credit to your business. I will always deal with him on any auto issues we have. I will also be relaying my wife's saga to all our friends and letting them know were they can get exceptional customer service.

THE ALBERNI TOYOTA TEAM IS AMAZING!!! CHRIS TURNER IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HE IS TRULY GENUINE AND SINCERE. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT HE LOVES WHAT HE DOES. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH CHRIS THAT ENTIRE TIME. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL PRESSURED. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND CHRIS WAS SO PATIENT. REGULARLY SENDING ME E-MAILS IF HE FOUND A VEHICLE HE THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED CAR. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND IN SO MANY AREAS. HE TOOK THE TIME TO PUT TABS IN THE VEHICLES MANUAL FOR QUICK REFERENCE. HE E-MAILED ME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF I HAD AN QUESTIONS AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY TRUCK TO GET IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE DIAMOND COAT ETC. CHRIS EVEN CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF TO DELIVER MY TRUCK TO ME, AT WORK, AFTER THE DIAMOND COAT ETC HAD BEEN COMPLETE. I JUST CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. BEING A SINGLE FEMALE, IT CAN BE VERY INTIMIDATING GOING OUT THERE TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE. DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS, AT NO TIME DID I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED IN THE PURCHASE OF MY VEHICLE WAS FABULOUS. THE SALES MANAGER (NEIL??)MADE SURE I GOT THE BEST PRICE FOR MY TRADE-IN. THE VEHICLE I WANTED AND TEST DROVE HAD A 3 INCH LIFT KIT IN IT WHICH I DIDN'T WANT. TOYOTAEITHER HAD TO TAKE THE LIFT KIT OUT, WHICH WOULD TAKE 6 HOURS AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE THERE THAT COULD DO IT, OR WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER VEHICLE. CHRIS PHONED AROUND AND FOUND THE EXACT SAME VEHICLE AT A CAR LOTAN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY. TWO DRIVER'S LEFT RIGHT AWAY TO GET MY TRUCK. I MUST ADD, IT WAS A HORRIBLE MISERABLE DAY, POURING WITH RAIN. NOT A NICE DAY TO GO AND FETCH A VEHICLE AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY. BUT THE TWO DRIVER'S SAID NO PROBLEM AND LEFT WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES. I WENT HOME TO CLEAN OUT MY OLD VEHICLE AND BY THE TIME I WAS FINISHED, MY NEW TRUCK WAS WASHED, FULL OF GAS AND WAITING FOR ME AT THE CAR LOT. SHANNON CHARLESWORTH, (NOT SURE OF HER TITLE), WROTE UP ALL THE PAPERWORK WITH ME. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS GREAT GOING OVER EVERYTHING WITH ME. AGAIN, I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE "TEAM" AT THIS DEALERSHIP. EVERYONE WORKED SO WELL TOGETHER TO GET THE BEST OUTCOME FOR THE ME. I AM THRILLED BEYOND WORDS TO BE BACK IN A TOYOTA.
